An amazing tool with which you can create awesome comics online is Pixton.com. It is user-friendly and gives you many ways to design your comics. Also you can annonate each panel with a title and explanation. There are unlimited range of expression. it is possible to give text and speech bubbles personality in any language.

How to use it:

Sign up or log in to maintain a successful creation of comics.Click the pen that is on the top and left side of the website.Choose the layout you will work on.Choose your panel size and your panel layout. After that, you deal with other technical details such as designing the characters, placing them on the panels, adding new panels and speech bubbles. After you are done with your comic, it is time to either share it on pixton.com, open to public or take the (embedded) link  and put it wherever you want. You can publish the comic in your blogs easily.

Bubbl.us for Brainstorming

The tool Gülsüm and I had shown in the classroom was Bubbl.us. This application is used for brainstorming and making mind-mapping activities by usig several diagrams. Now let me explain how to use and make mind-maps step by step.

Bubble-us is a tool which enables you to create brainstorming diagrams for any topic.

How to use?

1. After opening up bubbl.us on your browser, you need to sign up with your e-mail if you want to save your diagrams.

2. After having an account you can easily begin to create your diagram with clicking the first bubble that appeared on the page. First bubble is the parent bubble that is its good for you to write your main idea on parent bubble.

3. By clicking ctrl+enter you can create a child bubble. This bubble is a subcategory of the parent bubble and also you can create sibling bubbles,with using tab button, that are in the same category with the child bubble as well.

4. After completing your diagram you can save it as an image using export feature. If you want to share your diagram  you need to click share button and share it with e-mail.

Also you can export your work.You can move, delete, change the colour of text and the bubble itself. I suppose you to use this tool creating brainstorming diagrams. In classroom environment we can also use this tool to create family trees. for instances; we create the tree itsef then give it to the students and want them to fill in it. Interactively we can create a brainstorming with students; we as teachers give the main idea and expand the diagram with students' opinions. It is easy to use so we can want them to create diagrams at home too.

A great tool for learning languages is of course "Duolingo" app and I am going to introduce this app in detail.

It is actually a mobile app but it can be used on computers ,too.

Firstly, I will mention about the purpose of this app.
It gives you a chance to learn certain languages step by step with amazing activities. For example,  users can practice speaking ,reading, listening and writing. The learners also can answer questions and complete lessons to improve their vocabulary and grammar by starting with basic verbs, phrases and sentences.

You can choose any language to start and the app gives you a lot of lessons from the beginning level.  Actually the thing makes this app so catchy for me is just because we have a chance to listen to the pronunciation of all the phrases and vocabularies we chose in all the available languages.

It is free to be downloaded on pc or mobile devices. 
The available languages are as follows;
English, Spanish, french, german, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, irish, Danish, swedish, Russian, Ukrainian, esperanto,  Polish and turkish. 

It's fast ,fun and of course free.
I absolutely adore this app. It's a really helpful study guide and it is very useful.

How to Be a Hero!

Our DS task is about to "How to be a hero." Step by step we tried to explain our thoughts on being a successful hero. Upon doing DS task the difficulties we had absolutely were to decide to choose the topic and proper videos about and make our abstact thoughts more concrete by writing down. We used Power Director to create our video. My partner is Hasan

Visuals used in the website are high quality and colorful for beginner learner of english.

This website can be used in the EFL classroom in that theachers may make students watch, focus on voices, try to understand and then comment on those videos.

       This week I will introduce you to a great tool.  Its name is RSS (rich site summary). You can utilize it to keep in touch with whatever blogs or pages you are following regularly. I use RSS Feed Reader app.

Film Review on Wikispaces

This wiki study is about to review of "12 Angry Men" movie. With my partner İbrahim Esendemir, we watched it and desired to share its plot with you by utilizing a wiki page. The reason why we selected this movie is to tell about how prejudices are blockage to find out the realities in our lives. I hope you enjoy it and take some real life lessons about the harm of prejudices. When it comes to using wikispace in language classes, it is a mean for sharing expreiments and teaching certain issues and mostly for adult learners, it can be used.
